Online Adult Therapy

Welcome!

Atendimento Online

If you are living far from home, you understand how distance can bring unique emotional challenges. Our roots and culture play a significant role in our identity, and living in a foreign country can trigger a range of complex feelings.

Regardless of the reason for immigrating, the journey of leaving one's homeland in search of better living conditions is filled with challenges.

Common issues addressed in therapy with immigrants include anxiety, low self-esteem, discrimination, cultural adaptation, self-awareness, language learning barriers, adjustment in new work or study environments, depression, xenophobia, intercultural relationships, identity, gender relations, and more.

No matter where you are in the world, you can access highly qualified psychologist services from the comfort of your home.
